At Vionic, we stand behind our orthotic technology and offer a 30-day wear test to ensure you find the perfect fit and comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your pre-paid USPS shipping label, or opt for a QR code for printer-free drop-offs.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your shoes in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
